КОДЕКС.ЕХЕ

Нашият стандарт на дрескод отрaзява визията ни за самия клуб и настроението, което се опитваме да постигнем в него. “Dress to impress" е нещо, на което залагаме в EXE CLUB.

ЕХЕ CLUB си запазва правото да откаже достъп на всеки, който не уважава кодекса на клуба.

1. С цел да запазим уединението на посетителите си, снимките в клуба са забранени (изключение прави чил зоната). С други думи, това е нашият мирен протест срещу “телефонното общество”, което живее през дисплея си. Учтиво молим всички наши посетители да НЕ снимат с мобилните си телефони в основната зала. Когато сте на дансинга ви съветваме да оставите телефоните настрани и да се отдадете на преживяването.


    
2. Желателно е посетители ни да са наясно с музикалната идентичност на EXE CLUB.  


3. Заложете на естетически издържан дрескод.

4. Концептуалните визии са добре дошли!

Общи положения:
Правилникът е задължителен за всички посетители в заведението. Настоящият правилник урежда реда и организацията на пропускателния режим в заведението.

Организация на пропускателния режим:
С оглед спазване на обществения ред в заведението и недопускане на нарушаване спокойствието и съгласно заповед на управителя на клуба и чл.56, ал.1, т.1, буква "А","Б","Г" и "Д" от ЗЧОД е регламентиран пропускателния режим за клиенти, служители и работници от охраната на заведението.

  1. Проверка на документи за самоличност на външни лица.
  2. Щателна проверка на личния багаж на външни лица и служители.
  3. В заведението не се допускат лица под 18 годишна възраст.
  4. В заведението не се допускат лица с огнестрелно и хладно оръжие, всички посетители минават през метален детектор за наличието на оръжие.
  5. В заведението не се допускат лица, притежаващи забранени вещества.
  6. В заведението не се допускат лица във видимо нетрезво състояние.
  7. В заведението не се допускат лица с неугледен външен вид.
  8. В заведението не се допуска влизането с обемист багаж, както и поставянето му в района на заведението.
  9. Забранено е внасянето на взривоопасни и лесно запалими вещества без личното разрешение на управителя.
  10. Не се допускат скандали, сбивания и всякакви действия водещи до нарушаване на вътрешния ред.
  11. Управата си запазва правото да не допусне всеки неспазил кодекса.

Политика на “дома”:

Ние от ЕХЕ CLUB искаме да предоставим на всеки посетител благоприятна среда за създаване на социални контакти. Това разбира се, включва уважение към личното пространство на всички околни.

  1. Насилието и лошите обноски са недопустими.
  2. Неуважително отношение към другите и личното им пространство не се толерира.
  3. Задължение на всеки посетител е да плати сметката си преди напускане на заведението.
  4. Тоалетните са предназначени за индивидуално ползване.
  5. Преднамерено чупене на собственост на заведението, включително чаши и бутилки е абсолютно забранено.
  6. Преднамерено разливане на напитки в заведението не е позволено.
  7. При проблем се обърнете към служител на заведението, член на охраната или управител.
  8. Саморазправата не е позволена.
  9. Разпространението и притежанието на наркотици и/или оръжия е аболютно забранено.
  10. Всеки, който наруши гореописаните правила ще бъде изведен от заведението и/или предаден на органите на реда.
  11. Очакваме посетителите на EXE CLUB да уважават всички останали, без значение техния произход, пол, сексуална ориентация, религия или възраст. Агресивно, сексистко, хомофобско, расистско или други типове нетолерантно поведение не се приема.

 

Пропускателният режим се извършва в рамките на работното време на охраната и фейс контрола.

Our dress code standard reflects the club itself and the vibe we are going for. “Dress to impress" is the rule at EXE CLUB.

Those who do not meet EXE CLUB dress code standards risk being denied entry to the venue.
ЕХЕ CLUB reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not meet venue rules or dresscode standards.

 1. In order to protect the privacy of our visitors, it is forbidden to take photos in our club (except at the chill zone). We kindly request our guests not to take any pictures with their mobile phones. We would appreciate if you put your phone away when you’re on the dance floor.


    
2. Our visitors should also be aware of EXE CLUB’s musical identity. People may be denied entry to the club when we think this is not the case. Know who is playing.


3. Proper and aesthetically pleasing dress code is required.

4. Modern extravagance is honored. EXE CLUB likes to see its visitors in characteristic clothing and considers it important that they feel free to wear whatever they want. However, there are some boundaries, keep it in mind.
No effort = No entry. :)  

GENERAL RULES:
 The rules are mandatory for all visitors of the club. These rules govern the order and organization of the admission regime at EXE CLUB.
Organization of the passing regime:
In order to respect the public order in the club and to prevent the disturbance of the calmness and according to an order of the club's manager and art. 56, para 1, item 1, letters "A", "B", "D" and "D" The STEP regulates the admission regime for clients, employees and guardians of EXE CLUB.

1. Visitors must be 18 years or older. When in doubt, Valid ID is required. If you do not have any identification on you, you may be denied entry.
2. When entering EXE CLUB, you agree to be searched upon arrival. If you do not consent to a search, you will be denied entry.
3. You are expected to cooperate when we search for arms and drug possession, refusal to do so means refused entry. Trafficking and possessing weapons or drugs is prohibited. The person in question will be reported to the police.
4.  Visitors who are visibly intoxicated by alcohol or drugs will be refused access and removed from our premises.
5. Bringing excessively large baggage into the club is not allowed.
6. Explosive and highly flammable substances are forbidden.
7. Employees and security personnel associated with the house rules, general safety and
legal provisions should be respected and acknowledged.
8. The visitor agrees to comply with our video recording policy for your and our safety and in the case of disturbances or accidents, the footage can and will be shown to third parties.
9. It is strictly forbidden to bring any liquids into the club.
10. In case of any disturbances, visitors are required to notify our security staff or employees and not to attempt taking action into their own hands.
11. Management reserves the right to refuse admission at all times to their guests without stating a reason. If you have previously been refused access, we reserve the right to refuse you again.


HOUSE RULES
In our home we would like our guests feel comfortable to make social contacts. This requires respect for others privacy.

1. The visitor agrees to comply with our video recording policy for your and our safety and in the case of disturbances or accidents, the footage can and will be shown to third parties.
2. Anti-social or offensive behavior which includes  racist or insulting behavior in word and gesture (whether or not it is as a result of excessive drinking)
is not allowed and will result in refused entry or banishment from the premises.
3. We expect our visitors to be open towards others, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion and age. We reserve the right to remove visitors from our club who do not abide by these rules and show aggressive, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, racist or ableist behavior.
4. Sexual harassment is not tolerated at our club. If you experience or witness any form of harassment, please report it to our staff on duty. Our employees are instructed to ensure the safety of our visitors.
5. When EXE CLUB is full , as per our license and fire regulations, we will have to refuse entry to all guests. At such times we will operate on a one-in and one-out basis, doing our best to get you in as quickly as possible.
6. Bills must be paid upon presentation.
7. Toilets are intended for individual and toilet use only.
8. Theft and destruction of furniture is prohibited and will result in notifying the police.
9. Intentional breaking of glasses/bottles, or intentional drink spilling is not permitted.
10. Aggressive or violent behavior will result in removal from EXE CLUB and the police will be notified.
11. EXE CLUB is not responsible for any damage or missing belongings.
12. EXE CLUB is not responsible for items lost in the club or in the cloakroom.
13. Remember when leaving EXE CLUB and the building to please respect our neighbors and not to cause a nuisance.
